The challenge

The Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers had refreshed its brand, but the website hadn't kept pace. Caregivers arriving to find resources were met with dated design, unclear navigation, and content that buried the very tools they needed most.

For an organization whose entire mission is supporting the people who care for others, a confusing digital experience wasn't just a design problem — it was a barrier to help.

Our approach

We redesigned the website from the ground up to create a modern, accessible, and user-friendly experience that fully aligned with RCI's new brand identity.

The work focused on three priorities: improving navigation so caregivers, partners, and advocates could find what they needed without hunting; clarifying the key resources caregivers rely on so support was one click away, not four; and aligning every page with the visual and editorial voice of the refreshed brand.

Accessibility guided every decision — color contrast, type hierarchy, keyboard navigation, and plain-language copy — so the site worked for the full range of people who turn to RCI for help.

The result

The redesigned site meets caregivers where they are. Navigation is intuitive, resources are surfaced instead of buried, and the brand carries through every page with the warmth and clarity the mission calls for.

It's a digital home that reflects what RCI actually does: support the people who care for others, with dignity and without friction.
